Hooked up eithernet cable and still same results buffering same going to try wifi amp

Hello all my channels were changed for instance 342 is now 205 anybody else have this change all channels were changed and cannot get 205 the western channel anymore when you turn to that channel all you get is that little sperm goes around in a circle says working but channel will not come in.

How do I get the channel guide back? stalker client can't load guide
