I have tested everything, beleive me on that. I have had this issue for months now.
It's the same issue on all my buzz devices I have here. But dreamlink and a couple others work fine.
I wonder if I factory set, but I?m sure you?ve tried that.
I contacted buzz and they said The issue you are experiencing is from your channel supplier, you have to reach out to them as we are only the manufacturers
no I have not tried the factory reset. I have my doubts it would help, but you could try it.Quote:

Some devices don't have the issue though as such with the Dreamlink T1 I have here.
Which also tells me that the device itself is somehow allowing the issue to happen.

the X5 here is working but I have to leave it parked on a channel for up to 5 minutes before it pops in and it usually does pop in, not always, but usually.Quote:

I have 4boxes on p2 server all working fine 4 boxes on p1 all down looks like a server problem to me
Well both mine are on service 1 one sub is working and the other is not.

But maybe my admin access is different then client access. And my channel issues may not be same as others, I just don't know.
I did see others report that changing portal made no difference. But now it does help.
But anyway, thanx for the report, maybe we are getting some where now :)

Hi just want to add my experience...Not trying to hijack thread but this is on a 4500 and the newer Buzz Classic
About early Dec I started to get a different freezing ...some channels would freeze for several seconds and moving the channels up or down didn't help...seems like the whole list would freeze and come out of it probably after 15 or 20 secs.This seemed different than when I had buffering issues. And while waiting it flashed "Media Not Supported" or something like that on the bottom of the screen.
Anyway that was running the 4500xrs bought in 2020 at the start of the pandemic
So after Xmas I found a new Classic under the tree.....unfortunately after about a day it was running about the same ....a brand new machine was giving the "Media not supported issues" on some not all channels
I did some reading here and somewhere it said try a VPN
So I bought and installed a well known VPN... It was New Years Day before I got it going and set up and seems to cut back my problem to about 20 to 30 % of what it was for me....next step tomorrow will be to try the other portal.....oh yea along the way i changed out my router as well and my Buzz box is wired not wifi connected

Make Sure Wired And WiFi Are Not On At The Same Time. Cause I Had Issues With One Of My Box.
The only way to turn Ethernet on/off is plug it in or unplug it.Quote:

Its wired as well as the tv coming from the router......everything else is wifi in my house......as it stands now you can watch most channels and its not to bad.....but it was getting frustrating wifi is off on the box and tv

connect the 4500 again, open channels and take note of a couple that may not be working correctly. Then go to Papiao website, change portals, then match that change in the 4500 setup menu.
Checks for results.
