I use Buzz TV. Im on Server 1 and have the url. Im not supposed to use credentials. Internet works.

That's them but don't try that until you unplug the box and replug. That same thing just happed to me and unplug/replug did the trick.

didnt say someone sold it to you till after i said that me i never get box with codes on already you have no control of box and sometimes cant even do box reset without a password or ip reset

Thats the problem with buying from a reseller.But i don't think it's hard for them to give you login credentials.Most just don't want to do it.So it might be time for you to move on and maybe buy from the source.Members here can't do much to help if you don't have control over your own account.Credentials don't need to be check marked.Simple as using the proper portal attached to the account and the mac attached also.Then buzz will work.

Sure you have a mac address.I think your little confused.You should have a donation# and some type of order or email address to log into the account.The mac address comes from the buzz.

And yea, the credentials are the username and password..... them credentials do not need to be used with the server setup thou, leave the box unchecked.

Thank you, I have the donation number. But when I tried entering credentials with m ugh email and donation # it didn't work.
So l have MAC address, Server1 and url for iptv. Am I missing something else?

ok, I sent Shoshanna a message. If I get no answer, then that is all I can do.

Ok Shoshanna, The message you sent me has the correct info to log on.

But I think the issue you may be having is that the MAC from your Buzz box is not the same MAC that is linked to your code or could also be an issue with the correct server URL you have entered in your box setup.
Follow the directions I sent you in last message and Let me know if that helps :)
