Go to the Donation Checker for your service, login and click IPTV Reset. Make sure your device is off when you do the IPTV Reset. Wait about 15 minutes before logging in to your device.

I change my mac I reset yet the server I wait about 45 minutes and nothing

Check if you have the first digits of your mac according to your device 79 or 78....

if same amount of time that was spent on graphics in first post were spent on research.. i dare say :eek:

Just wondering if you may be able to assist. When ever I use a VPN, I get an error (ITV Auth fail) for some reason. I don't need a VPN, but do like to use it at times. My VPN works with every add on, but not with this service. Very strange, just thought you guys may have some advice. Thought it was worth a shot, just in case you may have heard of this before. Thanks.

After you change to a VPN, you will need to shut down your device, go to the Donation Checker and do an IPTV Reset, wait 15 minutes and then restart your device.

iLan, Thank You. It seems doing an IPTV Reset, then shutting down worked with the VPN. A bit cumbersome, but worked. Thanks Again.

I am getting this same message. My login keeps failing and it keeps bringing me back to the login screen. I have not been able to watch my IPTV for weeks.

They reset my IPTV and told me to reboot my system. I did that but I still keep getting the log in screen. Can someone please help?
