I've linked my account / mac etc, configured my Mag254.

I've followed the instructions here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?1...ation-Tutorial

I enter the correct user ID and password and the authentication / loading bar appears and has stopped about a 10th of the way along.
If I enter the wrong user ID or password I get an error, so this means (a) I'm connected to the network (b) typing the right details in

Any help greatly appreciated.

yep. maybe the bar is moving but v v slowly - barely noticeable. And my ISP speed is 150 Mbps.

It definitely shouldn't take that long. You might want to check your donation to make sure the MAC is linked correctly. If so, try an IPTV Reset. If that doesn't do it, check the subforum and/or ask a Super Mod for assistance.

I fixed the issue. I updated the firmware. Mine was on version ZERO. Then rebooted the box put in my UN and PW and it stalled at 20%, so I rebooted and entered my UN and PW again and it worked.
