It should be noted that a higher buffer may equal less freeze time, but it also increases channel change time.

I started with max buffer thinking it would help as it did on Kodi, but Mag254's channels would never load!

I'd start with a max buffer of 5 and tweak accordingly up or down. ;)

This MAC Address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx is good and ready to join

Still stuck at the blue screen , I went to the internet browser in the device and it loaded up google and verified I do have internet.

Anyone with a clue ? PS I did reboot it 15-20 times with the power plug , and from the MAG254 menu as well. Verified URL , updated unit ..

did you reboot your router let it site for min then turn on

Yeah , I have tried everything you can imagine , It's been sitting on that same blue screen since 5PM , now its 830PM ..

I even cloned a new MAC in the router so I could change the IP .. As stated , Internet with the MAG254 is working.

Thanks , But is this normal for a brand new unit ? Could it be that IKS66 hasn't activated the MAC ? I never did get an email from them .
