It does not show in Acid's guide. I'm not sure where the issue resides. When Acid drops by, he'll probably have an explanation. I haven't been doing my own guide for a while, so I can't offer much more than that.

I noticed the same thing on my guide pulls a short while back and solved it by selecting another BBC1 location in schedules direct (i.e. BBC1 Scotland). IDK what happened with the earlier selection (London), but I fixed it in my guide. I'm sure Acid will do the same thing.

Check the Schedules Direct Announcements.
Their GBR sources changed Sat.& Cable ID names.

Hey Guys and Girls.

First of all I'm sorry I'm not around to answer some of your questions but I was in a process of buying a home and moving into the new place, but first I made sure I had internet at the new house so the community could have a working EPG. It didn't go with out a glitch like I hoped it would, first I had to make a new public key for Git so I can commit to Git without a password, couldn't use the old one don't know why. Maybe because my IP changed?. At the end I totally forgot that my Schedule Direct account expires on May 2nd so that's why EPG didn't update for one or two days. But as of right now everything should be back to normal.

As for the BBC One channel that's a strange one because on my RPi3 which is running latest version of OSMC it's showing the guide for that channel, but
that same channel on Amazon Fire TV box (Android) is blank, I'll have to look into it or just change it per Expatter's and kens directions like I said I'll have to look into it.

Problem solved the next day.... way to go!

Sometimes the data source does not have the information available or the information was not accessible for one reason or another, so there is no information for that channel in a pull. A subsequent pull, however, is often successful, meaning whatever was wrong during the previous pull has been addressed.

I'm sorry I didn't noticed the changes earlier. I'll try to fix the EPG as soon as I get back from work later on today.
I think all of the UK channels, US HD channels in the 9000 range (with some exceptions like National Geographics HD East) still have working EPG. We only lost the guide for US SD channels. I'll try to have it fixed by the next pull at midnight tonight guys.

I just updated to 17.6 and got the channels to load and play fine but no EPG. I used Ken's new one but no luck. Worked fine in 16.1. Am I doing something wrong? I changed the remote URL ending to guide_ks.xml

Disable the PVR.
Go to system settings/PVR&LiveTV - General tab
Clear Data
Go back to PVR settings and Enable

* If using Stalker client, you may have to Clear data a number of times. Best is to shutdown system then restart and run Kodi

BBC1 should be fine now, BT Sports changed something on their end, we'll have to wait and see.

UPDATE Dec 16th 2018

Just did a little maintenance on the guide, nothing really changed just removed some old channels some old duplicates. Also added couple of new ones, we still got some blank channels in the HD range. Channel ID's look fine so it might be something on the server's end. We'll see if it gets resolved on the next pull. If not I'll have to look into that another day besides that all is the same.

BBC1 and BT Sports should show the correct guide. As for BeinSports data is not pulled because it's not on DirectTV's lineup.

Hi acidjesus. I've been using you remote url for awhile now and it's been great but today I upgraded my kodi to 18.5 and now it won't play any channels. It loads the guides ok and initially played a few channels but now won't play any. I select a channel and it hangs for a couple of seconds like it's going to play but never does. Any ideas? I've already deleted guide data, restarted, etc. Also I reset my donation. Do I need to go back to 17.2? NEVERMIND. IT JUST STARTED WORKING!

It appears that Schedules Direct was doing some kind of maintenance on there systems and it didn't go as planned. So Stay Tuned. It Will Be Back but don't know exactly When.

Spanish Channels.

I had some time over the weekend, so I decided to get additional subscription for Schedules Direct and start EPG guide for the Spanish speaking channels.
I'll adding new channels as we go. Because of that, the guide got a bit bigger from 32MB to around 49MB.

Just clear your guide data and it should populate with new channels info.

If you are familiar with Notepad++ editor, you can easily reduce the size of your file, by removing unnecessary data.

-Load xml file into Notepad++
-Click the "Binocular" Icon (Find/Replace/Mark)
-Click "Mark" Tab, select "Regular Expression" Sort format and enable "Bookmark Line"

In the "Find what:" window, copy and paste in the following string of Search terms;

Thank you buddy for the heads up about Notepad++. Will have to check it out. Sadly I don't use Windows but I can always run Notepad++ in a VM or maybe find an alternative to Notepad++ for Linux. Plus I would have to find a way to make it run with a cron as I do with the guide and Sed to replace[*] with [NEW] in EPG. Maybe small bash script will do. Will have to look into it for sure. Makes sense to get rid of all that unnecessary data in EPG.

Unfortunately I had some storms in my area last night and a tree went down on my powerlines so I was left with out power in my house and no way to update the EPG. It should be fixed by tonight or the latest tomorrow morning.

It just came to my attention that the EPG guide didn't get pulled or pushed to github for the past two days. Due to TCP error I'm getting in Mc2xml.
