The service is ok but after they get over this buffering @ peak times it would be so much better only time will tell

tuxen, its the weekend so, please try watching Fox Sports channels 150, 151 right now, too much buffering currently, internationals are also buffering this morning just to list few 1142, 1143.

If others want to tune to these channels and report the amount of buffering (like how often and for how long), that would be great too so we can all compare. currently fox channels are unwatchable.

Edit - I should add that for me 150 is buffering every 30 seconds for about 5-10 seconds ! same with others.

I just checked them.. no buffering here.. bundersliga playing on both fox.

edit: checked 1142 and 1143 ,44, etc, no buffering at all?

I'm trying to watch Discovery USA and its freezing every 15 seconds or so. Typical.

nothing here.. I cam'ed all the channels for credibility lol.. the vids are very shaky though I broke my left arm and tries to hold my ipad in front of my tv changing channels now and then lol..

are you for real, currently i am watching on kodi on pc with 15 mbps current speed test, what device are you using, also can someone else confirm, its non stop buffering for me :( on all those channels

you know whats funny though, right after all those live matches ended and the same channels started playing other shows, the buffering went away and now i am running smooth on all those channels, but with the live events it was buffering every 30 seconds totally unwatchable, so what am I facing here, this is weird... buffers like no tomorrow while on live events on same channel but after the live event it works buffer-free on the same device/internet with in the same hour :(

100% for real I have a mp4 file.. i'll make another one right at this minute too..

i am in central canada but im using pc with 8GB ram and same buffering as you.

Buffering has returned for me even on non-live shows now on fox sport 1 & 2 and 1143 etc.. :(

I restarted modem and box... Still buffering.
I tried STB emulator same result. Hopefully it gets better by next week. Ufc!!!!

still nothing here.. found a ghetto-way to keep the ipad more steady than my stupid arm/hand..

edit: using the firetv from the bedroom.. its exactly the same on my other box(s)/old laptop it doesn't make a difference, yes I checked them except one and the stationary.

lots of spanish channels are unwatchable... is it worth buying a mag 254? will it change from kodi? I heard they have problems on kodi... please help... I am in europe and it is the only way i can get those channels... I thought I had finally found a solution... :(

no the box wont matter in my experience, neither will the emulator. the emulator handles cache and hickups kinda like a mag. kodi can tweak the cache, but if you have buffering look other where than your box, I have 3boxes, 2 laptops, 1 stationary, and its all the same no buffering..

edit: and most of it is not exactly the newest stuff on the block.. I dont really care about the hardware race as long as its fast enough for my needs and most importantly but not always; working when you want to use it.

Yesterday was the first time the wife reported that things were watchable, with just a freeze or two per 30 minutes on Nick JR and HGTV. Havent tested today yet (have only had IPTV for about a week).

Gave up on discovery, popped on spike, food network, comedy central, and a couple others all of which were having issues.

Now I'm on 0096 pick (a UK channel) with no freezing at all.

Also, fwiw, I used speedtest.net, picked the farthest server available and was pulling 80mbps+ with a 30ms pingtime. Problem isn't on my end, or at least I can't imagine it is

Edit: 0096 pick is now intermittently freezing as well fwiw.

It seems to be more freezing for me today compared to lastweeks...
