Same problem with me I am completely locked out. And i'm using the correct donation number.

I enter the donation number in the rocket version on firestick, I get Error in red on the top right of the authentication window. I rebooted and relinked, but I still get the same error.

Your donation number is both login and password but it may not work for now cause they are still fixing all the bugs in the system
