I sympathize with you, but I ask you to pay attention to headend equip. probs and also the security implementation issues. These both affect the level of service. The equip. being replaced is much more specialized than going to Best Buy for a router. When it's posted that it's back-ordered means just that, it has to be built and to the providers specs. So once again I ask that you all have patience, progress is being made as I type this.
