Good news. Google approved the emulator (both free and paid versions) for distribution on the Play Store for Android TV. So now it should be available for Nexus Players, Nvidia Shields etc.

I have firetv stick. Which code would you suggest? gooleplay, rocket , NFPS or iptv66. I am new and have installed 0.7.13 ver.on my fire stick. With firetv remote i can get to the setting but i cannot add new profile. there is no option to add new profile

Just installed this on my Android box however it is giving me the message "Your STB is damaged. Call the Provider". I'm using the correct URL and changing the MAC address to mine. According to some tutorials, thats all I should have to do. I'd like to use this emulator as it is far superior to the one for the service I'm using (ExpressTV)
Anything else that I'm missing?

MVS i just tried this new version 0.7.1.3 02 and the exo plays the channels ok but some do not have sound. Also if i unplug the power on my firestick it will still not load up until i reset the mac number again. Is there any way the next update could also have a place to input device Id instead of hardcoded like i assume it is?
same problem here installed emulator, and exo player seems excellent whe it comes to response time. but it will get sound from most channels.

You are probably using the exo media player change it to ijk player and that will fix your problem. The exo plays good but some channels will not have sound.Quote:

Hello developer,
This maybe be a stupid question but when puttin my donation # on the stub Emul. Authentication user I'd screen i can't go to password. It jumps straight to OK button leaving password blank. I tried moving mouse mouse there, hitting enter no luck.
Any suggestion would be grateful and I am sorry if I posting this on wrong section.

Hi just to let everyone know and give them hope and give Mvas a BIG thumbsup !! I have been messing with kodi and chasing addons and streams for weeks, I have no choice I'm an expat living in Spain. No UK tv here and poor Spanish channels. Anyway I took out an iks subscription and that improved things but channels were still freezing, juddering and dropping out. And yes I did all the special extended buffer settings etc. Im on fibre here and direct Lan so its nothing to do with my network. Anyways I came across this stb emulator while going blind researching forums all hours of the day and night.
So I thought give it a go, I did it took me about half an hour to work stuff out, fired it up inputted my mac address, rebooted, thats when it asks you for your user and password. Input the info and waited for the blue barbers pole to turn yellow. It did the channels came up, all 797 of them. And just about everyone of them works complete with epg and straight on. Great picture and just works like it should.... fantastic job Mvas !! what can I say.... just use kodi for fancy artwork and flashy homescreens that use up all your processing power. Android on a cheap £30 box is all you need and there are plenty of movie apks as well so dont really need kodi anymore. So if any frustrated kodi uses are reading this, forget it, load up this stb and get some sleep :)
Just one request is there any way of altering the channel groups so you can specify which channels go to which group or is that a mag box thing?

When using the emulator on my mxq, it freezes after about 1 1/2 to two hours of watching tv. I have to choose another channel then come to the channel I was watching. Im plugged in to my router with Ethernet cable, 20Mbps, so speed and connection is not the problem. Can you help me out?
When I go to setting to localize when I go to country nothing is coming up before there were all the countries tried on 2 android boxes MXIII G and beelink i68 with a moded rom both having same result anyone else
I think those options may work in older versions of android 4.4 not the newer 5.1

I am experiencing some issues with the latest emulator running on MXQ Pro TV Box. I am not sure what the issue is, but sometimes the app will crash right on launch. I will have to try to launch it at least 4-5 times before it loads and then works fine.
I don't know if this is an issue with the box or the app.
FYI - The box runs Amlogic S905 and has 1 GB RAM.

Not sure if I am in the right area....so forgive me if I am hijacking this thread.
Initially when set-up the emulator I was able to gain access to adult content etc... now when I put in 0000 , I am unable to access it. Is there a way to reset this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the emulator to no avail. Is the passward controlled by the IPTV provider after it is modified in the emulator.
Please help !

Yes, a little off topic. Before uninstalling, clear data on the app, uninstall and then reinstall. Even that may not reset to defaults, as there might be another file in the data folder that might be hidden in Android.Quote:

The "Official NFPS STB Emu" needs to be updated for the new URLs, use the generic STB Emu instead. You can't change the portal URL in the Official NFPS STB Emu.
I don't think this has anything to do with service. I'm getting error when trying to login on emulator, but I'm able to login and watch TV on Kodi without problems.Quote:
