So today I noticed I'm getting this message. . I noticed other people are having this issue. . Weird part about it is I disconnected my Internet from my box... then connected it to my phone "tethered" and it now works. . Once I reconnect to my Internet it doesn't work again .. Haven't try the firewall but I will give that a shot .. however it's been working flawlessly up until today. . I know other people with this issue. . Are you guys using Cox ...?

Same issue here for the first time today. I'm not on Cox. There's definitely something awry. I had authorization failures and channels endlessly trying to load as well.

On the phone with Cox now to see if the any permissions on there modem/router that can be changed..
