Hi, it's been about a month and live tv stays loading all the time, please help

What device/app/add-on are you using? Have you checked your account in the Donation Checker to make sure it is active, the MAC is linked and you are using the proper portal url for your configuration?

I am using a avov TV online+, my account is active, I just renewed about 3 months ago, I can see the list of channels but it stays loading, please let me know if you need any more info

I just noticed that my mac address is different when I went to papiao, and when I try to change it, it's saying: Mac address already exist. Please help

You can try changing the portal in the AVOV to match that MAC to see what happens. If that doesn't do it, a Super Mod will have to take a look at the account to see what is going on.

Anyone with an AVOV should use KODI, and the corresponding APP for our service.

As Tinie suggested, use Kodi, PVR Stalker client and that MAC address you saw in the Donation Checker.

I'm sorry but I'm not a very technical person. I've seen the Kodi app but there's nothing in it, I usually watch channels simply by going to live tv. Is there any tutorial on how to install live tv apps on Kodi? Thanks in advance!
