Has anyone ever had this problem. When I plug in the power supply, absolutely nothing happens. No blue light, no light in the back of the modem. Nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

have you tried booting to your BIOS menu??..or a different power supply if you ensure the ratings are equal?

Yes i tried the power supply for another MAG 254 and it turns on, but when i plug the power supply into this box, no blue light comes up. Could it be that it's fried? This is the first time that this happend and I've messed with many MAGs.

I don't believe the mag has a hard reset button, so use the good p supply and try to boot to BIOS, can't hurt anything...sounds like a cold solder joint or something similar...:o
