Firestick, is still worth trying for live tv/iptv?

What is best fire stick to use with our servers. I know buzz has great stick. Want to start testing sticks again. Last stick i tested was first amazon one . Can i try G96 one ? Found out np at all so maybe its time test again Son is giving me G96. Would like test Buzz one too time will. I like way you hide them on back of tv when you need do that. Best thing you carry them anywhere you like. Using it when I'm going to friends house or on vacation .

Note: edited the title a bit :) cheers bro

I am not sure how any other android sticks work, but i can tell you this.. they are probably easier to setup.. and have a playstore... Yes! they are portable, its a very good gift, travel-ready, setup-free, 100% hideable, consume absolute no space, wire-free.

Once i tested my lag less Firestick 4K Max... i never came back.. tested with IPTV Smarters.. and i had all these fancy boxes...

Firesticks are a very nice piece of tech, but full of limitations. Limited Ram and Rom. Restrictions on what it allows and requires learning and doing the necessary things to keep it running good.

Before buying one, I suggest you take sometime to view Youtube videos and what you need to know. If you're only going to use it to have one IPTV sub and a few apps, then buy one. I use mine mostly for watching Youtube on my TV.

Troypoint has a thread about firestick updates will make it similiar to a Roku , which would be bad news for hundreds of millions. Maybe consider a true android without restrictions?

I find firesticks really useful, i currently have around 6-7 up and running thru my family... You just need to keep them clean, and a good iptv smarters version :) and you're good to go... last few boxes i had couldn't get close to what my firestick experience is.
