Ok I've contacted Papi and they they reset the password of my customer. I've downloaded kokaleka, on a nVidia Shield, and now both, mine and the customer, aren't working. They said if the rest didn't work then go to the forums. Well I'm here and asking for help. I'm out of town, 2 hours, because I'm trying to fix this box for a customer and an going back Saturday maybe Sunday. Can any of the higher ups check the numbers for me today? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks for listening again. 🤣

As you are a seller I can not do anything to any of your codes. I am locked out of seller's panels for security reasons.
All I can do is perhaps a reset.

crazed 9.6 You've help me out before. Mine and a customer service are out. I've sent You codes before and You've help me out. I'm 2 hours away from home and trying to get a customer's service to work. I've tried download kokaleka, IPTV smarters and a host of other programs. If there is anything You or anyone else could do to help out, it would be highly appreciated. If not, thanks for Your time, but let me know. Once again thanks.

which service is this with ?
nfps, rocket or iptv66 ?

Have you removed all previous copies of Kokaleka app before installing new version?
What version kokaleka app is this?

You could try this on the VLC player or Perfect player... You'd need the Playlist URL though, which I can get you.
Using the VLC player for a test , you'd at least know if the code works where you are at.

This is the Playlist URL.
Replace the s2.iptv66.tv with the correct server portal.
Replace the x's with the correct credentials.

You can get the VLC Player from their website.
Get the correct version for what you would be installing it onto.
You could use a laptop too, just as a test.

Open the VLC Player once installed.
Top left is a Media tab. Open that.
Then you'll see a Network Stream tab.
Open that and paste the Playlist URL there.
An Open tab is there too, seen at the bottom just under the URL line.


I have to step away for maybe 30 minutes.

She and I are both on Rocket. Both have nVIDIA shields and both have kokaleka. Wondering why it won't log in? Just recently having problems with putting on phone and Hers and mine nVIDIA Shield. What the hell could I be doing wrong? Please help, I'm going freaking nuts.

Are you using Kokaleka Pro or Lte or some other version?
I asked you this already bud.

With Rocket there are two portals.
p1 and p2
Kokaleka TV Pro, works on Rocket portals.
Use portal 6 for Rocket P1 and use portal 7 for Rocket P2

You'll see these portal choices when you first open Kokaleka app, the Pro version.

When you install the Pro version it should auto delete the old version , if there is one to delete previously on your device.
But check your system to ensure any old versions have been deleted. Delete if needed
And do all that before you open the newly installed Pro version.
