Been getting authorization failed last night and this morning, wanted to know if its due to maintenance?

A friend has purchased a subscription recently and it works fine and all but his donation number consist of a 10 digit donation number instead of the usual 12 digit one. Just wondering if this is new?

When i 1st purchased my subscription i could not get the papaio addon or any pvr clients working without using a VPN. a day or 2 later i decided to check again without a VPN active and it worked fine till this morning. Just thought it was a little strange that yet again i seem to require a VPN...

today i have purchased a year sub from iptvprivateserver.is, set up a mac address and entered the required info into the iptv stalker papaio 10.0.0 addon but all i get is the error "urlopen error timed out". any suggestions as i have already changed the mac once and did a reset aswell.
