Cannot check my rocket donation. Enter order number or email and username/password. Indicates incorrect information. Pse help.

My MAG 254 was working great all winter in Fl. Now back home in Canada. Hooked it up to my TV, nothing but blank screen. Any suggestions? I have not yet attempted a box reset.

I notice in this section there is a complaint about turning sub titles off. My MAG 254 is the reverse. I am a bit deaf and want to turn it on. When a press apps all I get is is the choice - off, nothing about turning on. Any advise would be appreciated.

I cannot believe how great my MAG 254 is now working. Just changed my portal to http://11.iptvrocket.tv/, rebooted and both TV and VOD coming in great. Much thanks to this site!!

Just received my Mag 250 and set it up as per instructions in this form. I renewed my donation in Apr 15 for a year. I do not understand about checking your donation an inserting Mac Address. When I check my donation and it asks for this into what do I type in?

Hoping this IPTV is as much fun as IKS has been. Looking forward to learning all I can about it. A new venture just like the old "Foot Ball Card" days.
