Within the past week or so (I have been out of town) it appears that iptv66 has begun blocking my IPVanish VPN connection for streaming 99% of the channels. Everything works when I disconnect from the VPN. It is doing this in Kodi 17.3 Stalker, SPMC 16.6 Stalker, STB EMU, and with M3U playlists...

Can anyone tell me why I have to do an IPTV Reset whenever I go from using STB emu to Kodi stalker and back... on the same box, with the same MAC address, and the same route number, at the same IP address? I understand that they want to keep the service secure, but this is annoying.
