anyone has the link to the ETC card and has anyone been able to use it?

Hi everyone,im using kodi with xtream codes and rocket,channels work great but when i try movies from VOD i get an error message,a'm i missing something?is it just me or just VOD doesn't work with this video addon. can anyone please help?or is there a better addon?please let me know thank you!!!
