Anything i can do with mag not going threw the start up process. It goes to start up like it should then goes off to next screen saying loading portal then goes black on screen. I had to do it 3x by unplugging but now nothing. Any ideas that i can try. It about 1.5 years old.

What happened to these channels? PPV,s they were there and now for about 2 weeks not working

The blue volume won't go down, need to use remote for tv
