Could we please have a status update on the US channel problems? It's going on 3 weeks now and we haven't heard anything except that there is an issue. What is the ETA? Is there a workaround? Are active subs getting an extension when the issues are resolved? Service right now does not work...

Golf Channel buffering over and over and over. Other channels work fine.

This is the first weekend PGA is back on and golf channel, which is 285, is choppy. Please fix.

For several weeks now Fox NY has been choppy. It's not freezing, but the video is choppy. Sucks watching football like this. Also, Fox Miami is down.

The UK channels have been gone for a while now. Any plans on bringing those back?

Are all channels down right now? I was watching 10 minutes ago, then i got kicked back to guide, now none of the channels I try work. I quit kodi and started it back up. Internet is good. Comedy Central, Discovery USA, CBS NY, Fox NY Starz Encore Western... none work for me.

Service has been outstanding for the past month or so but now it seems like all the HD channels are freezing and choppy and kicking back to the guide quite frequently. Anyone else experiencing this?

For the past week or so service has been very poor. Disconnects every few minutes. It happens on every channel. I have done routine troubleshooting (clearing cache, resetting router, modem...etc).
