if your box wont load Try 00000000 not sure the correct amount of 0's i have seen people post 7's and 8's just depends on your version Cheers!

after updating the box it is not respond to 888888 remote press to load user interface. when 888888 is pressed during bootup the light goes red and erases all apps manually downloaded. i can use the web browser to download apps and run them but the user interface never loads. Please help
