Ok been gone a couple months. Plug my box in and it tok several attempts to get it to load. When it finally loaded, the tv and move section were not there. Has something changed in the last couple months?

I am using a Mag 254 and the date and time are correct. When I watch Charlie the tv guide on the screen is 6 hours behind what is showing. Is there a way to sync the tv guide?

Is download possible on IKS66? When I hit download button is does nothing
