All channels with portal 1 are freezing every 1 to 2 mins. including the TV Series and VOD's. Have tried to reset the service, with no luck.

Ordered two year subscription and yesterday evening began having web-link connection intrusion. Have reset modem, router, and media streamer and still have the pop-up message, "server connection error." The Android media streaming is utilizing Kokaleka TV 3.0.1 apk

Just wanting to write here and say thanks for the opportunity to join and also was having some web-link interference with my subscription, but for the most part, nice to meet all the enthusiasts.
