I renewed a route that had not been active for a while. Now it says the account is expired(on the kokaleka app). I've tried changing the portal and route number but I always get the same error. Please help.

Hi all, I decided to change the player to see whether my issues would disappear. To my surprise,the service is much better on VLC than on KODI. There is less buffering and there are even some channels that don't stream on KODI but stream on VLC.
