how do I get rid of this information message on the support sites

how do I get rid of the message support to new domain names I click on ok but in about 60 seconds it is back up

As I am new to iptv66 I have double checked all settings but I am blocked. I was watching kodi then when I changed back to my 254 it acted funny then I rebooted now all it says my stb is blocked. I have checked my numbers and it says I am running. Please help I forgot when I got all my numbers...
