my record works fine of the Live Tv but when i hit download on VOD i get the download storage not selected error. can i fix this somehow? thanks

i switched my home screen to the media 2 for a look. now i cant find the settings button to change it back. mouse over does not work for this one for me. and there is no * button on the remote for the settings. can anyone help me set it back to modern? thanks

i get a on screen message with my infomir loading screen. the message says please use audio 3 imput for dvi connection...the mag box is not convincing the tv that it is using an hdmi connection. please any help? why would it be identifying an hdmi connection as a dvi?

when i plug my box into my tv, the tv gives me a message to use audio 3 input for dvi connection. it shows the loading screen at the same time. then the screen locks and it never loads the portal. i thought that my hdmi cable carried audio also? the tv that this box was connected too died...
