The A& E channel has been down for several days now. Any idea when it will be back up?

I am using Perfect Player on my Android box and I am wondering if there is an EPG link so the channel info is displayed? Thank you...

What happened? The service was playing great all day and now almost no channels will play. I have reset my router and modem, tried a new route and clicked reset IPTV button all to no avail. Any ideas what could be wrong?
