Does anyone know if dexter pro or reboot can be set up with stb emulator and how it is set up?

Hello, I set up the IPTV simple client and it will load and work fine with 899, unless I close out of kodi and restart. When kodi starts back up, the channels loading sign comes up in thr upper right and the epg updater message in the lower left, but no channels unless I got to IPTV simple...
