Why is it i can not get anything in stalker working wether on kodi or mag25o stb emulator been 4 days now and no answers

up till an hour ago i was able to use different wifi to get my sub working now no matter what wifi i use i get urlopen error timed out i doubt that all my wifi connections were blocked so problem is on iptv end
