I can only get favorite channels on my firestick stbemu. How can I get rid of them?

I can only get 10 tv stations, all marked favorites. And no tv/ sports. How can I fix this?

Does anyone know if there is any way to fast forward or rewind a movie? It is very frustrating if you pause a movie ( to get a beer ) and the movie goes back to the beginning ( even if you are 1 hr into it ) Is there any way around this?

I am trying to get my stbemu to work. I have inputted a valid Mac address and valid url.i get the message to contact the administrator. The url and Mac are working fine. Help please.
