I loaded the mag with donation number.it said error rechecked numbers they r right now it comes up on screen time on device is not synchronized.reload portal i reloaded several times and the same message comes up

I had a avov tv online box to go out no light comes on so i had another box so i deactivated that one and entered a new mac address and got a new donation number but it wont connect now says error in donation so i got another donation #and says the same thing can someone please help me.

I was setting up the avov 2 the box went off i cant get it to come back on.i am new to this.
