Hi. Can somebody please tell me how to get another portal except 1 and 5. Everytime I change portal it only jumps from 1 to 5 and vice versa. Any assistance in this regard will be much appreciated.

I was watching when screen froze. Rebooted and it took a while before PVR actually connected. Started to stream again, ran for a couple of mins and then forze. Now I can not connect again. Is portal 2 down? Any info would be appreciated. Thx in advance
