My sister and I at separate households have this message, does this means they are offline? Anyone know if they are aware or fixing it?

Is anyone else experiencing freezing every few minutes, which makes it unwatchable? I tried to do iptv reset but it's still doing the same thing. My Internet is good, in which kodi works great. I'm on stb emulator if it makes a difference.

My kids were watching nick Jr. and direct tv message popped up and then it went offline went to check other channels and they are also down. Anyone else in the same predicament?

Are they doing an update cause the only channels that don't work are the us ones. Is anyone is the same situation as me?
