So on initial set up using mag 254 rocket... when you enter portal name "rocket" then URL http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ then click restart portal and instead of loading ... "Your STB is blocked call the provider" message pops up. I've unplugged a few times did a factory reset a few times nothing...

Mag 254 setup with high end Oknyo receiver with hdmi . I have to turn the volume pretty much to max to get any decent volume out of the mag box . Does anyone have a solution ? Thanks
