I was provided p4 when i got service last year. Out of curiosity i changed portals. Now i cannot get p4 back. Every time i change portals I'm assigned other portals but none are p4. Never gotten p3 either. Potals seem to have different channels. Can someone explain why I cannot get p4 assigned ...

I had service last year on P4. I've changed providers and now have a P4 portal. What's the difference??
