ppv channels are working but all other channels seem to be down

Hi ever since we had the problems not to long ago I notice a lot of channels are getting playback error and reconnecting. the channels come on but why are we getting this pop up on the channels

Okay so I have thie one firestick. Its brand new kokaleka installed shows channels and guide but all channels show unable to play video. I tried different players and nothing works. It does the same same thing one a hot spot and wifi. I have changed the number several tines and even did a reset...
