What brand and model set top box would you recommend with Dolby Atmos supported sound?

IPTV service been up and running for a few days and suddenly stop working yesterday. Troubleshooting: -Reset IPTV account -Changed IP address -Reboot system Devices in my network are able to connect to the internet without any issues.

This channel seem to have problem all the time. You would see it up broadcasting only during pregame analysis but this channel is down most of the time before the actual game start.
