i have some problen with buzz tv some times when i swich channel they all freeze and i have to wait at list 15 minutes this is happening for 2 month or so it did not hppend before can somoane hep me please

can you guys tell me what is goin on whit iptv 66 all channels are constantly frezzing Iam a reseler and my customers are calling me what can I tell them please help me out
