It seems that before the last mag update I was able to play mkv files..Now I only get sound. Have tried all the different video settings! thanks

Anyone have any luck using the Mag 254 <app> and shutting off sub-titles? Doesn't appear to work.

Well, ever since the 'switch' was made, i am having a lot of freezing on all channels. Yes i checked my settings, i checked my internet connections, I have checked everything. My beef is, it has gone private, yet it has gotten worse. Hard to understand what tweeks/changes are occurring. 90 days...

For those with IKS, beware that charlie is moving all channels to MPEG4. No HD box = no channels.

Used a green dot visa debit card, First time stated insufficient funds. Added more to card tried again and it returned declined. Do I have to wait 24 hrs to try again? Ideas?

Just my thoughts after testing Mag 250/254 for two weeks. I realize this is a test period and there are probably my tweaks to be made. I have 21 mbs internet and I never have any problems buffering from the mag or any other device. Wired internet. Also have a Roku, without any problems at all...
