The STB emulator won`t let me change mac address from 00:1A:78 to 00:1A:79. Is this normal? Thanks

Hi, I need help. Trying to reset mac address and it`s telling me cant find any information or my donation number expired a long time ago. I only got it on February 7th so still have another nine months to go. Thanks
