had my tv wking for 4 hrs after working to fix it for 1 week..that was my first week of having the serv.. so it wk for 4 hrs and now is out again.... i had the modem reset , and same authentintication issues...can some give me other ideas to fix this please.. than yoi

i have a mag 254 thats is just not loading never goes to the yellow line, i see it behind the login little box for 1 sec its probably 1 inch long.but never stays on the screen,,,can u help please,, thannks
is anyone else having problems with this equ. i had serv prev and wk till they made the chang where a loging was needed.. i change company and iam also having same problems.. box will not load.. can someone else experience same problem and fixed?... any opinions..thnaks
