My experience has been probably 5 out of 10.
1.Pricing is a little high for IPTV only users
2. Buffering issue needs to be fixed
3. Not all channels are in average viewing quality
I do hope this gets addressed within the future.
I would be happy to even give 8 out of 10 if the buffering...
