i have parches anew donation from iks rocket tv and when i but the information the 11.iptvrocket.tv and the password it give me a message and it say stb is blocked call the provider THE BOX IS MAG 254

it was working yesterday and now it keep saying you STB is blocked call the provider i did repot the box not one time so many but it keep saying the same massage any help with that . thank you

bay mistake i did did rest data and now the box it wont work it just when black any help

by accident, i messed with the video resolution of the box. I had it at NTSC(720x480) and switched it to PAL(720x576) and now my screen is black. Screen says 'information' then will not restart and the entire screen stays black.can some one help me with this
