It was down yesterday and then back up yesterday. It was up ealier today, but now down for many hours. Please fix!

I was among the many who were moved from P1 to P3 because P1 was buffering and freezing. Unfortunately, P3 is no better, as has been offered by many, many people. Channels buffer, rewind over and over again and freeze, but I hear nothing about a fix forthcoming. All i see here are people...
