Service working fine and then for some inexplicable reason I started getting an authentication fail. I use Stalker NFPS. MAC and Donation number check out fine. I also double-checked while trying to use old Stalker client and still received the failure message.

I continually get a device ID mis-match. I enter my donation number in the name and password fields and serial number as well as the Device IDs. I have had the service since December. Anyone else dealing with this issue?
