Hi I have a donation number when i enter it o my mag 254 an error message is popping up on checking i realise thr mac number on my box dont match the donation number given Pleasse help

I have a mac address that is not matching the donation number giving me error msg all th3 time i sent numerous emails got no reponse please help urgently
