Is anyone else having issues with their TVonline box. Everytime I going into live tv, it boots me out and brings me back to main menu

Hi, I'm new here, not sure if im posting this in the right section. I Have purchased my code im using a mega 268. It was working fine before but for awhile now.. All I been getting is a black screen no loading bar. Please help thank you
