Can anybody tell me why it is NOT to use a VPN on IPTV in the UK it can get blocked, most IPTV people tell you to use a VPN ?

Does anybody know how to record and where is it stored, I have tried pressing the record button and then looking for the recording in files found nothing. the XRS 4900 is full of bugs perhaps the record is one off them ? the box when it is running is is the best I have also a Formuler Z8 pro...
